I downloaded another AMPRO to see if that would work. allowing me to open up AMPRO from the desktop icon. I cannot complete the process. When I am asked for an email address. Mine is not accepted because it is already being used my myself with my first AMPRO download. Which I cannot get to. The new download reloaded my picture but not the existing batches. What should I do now that I have made this mess.
