Last night I launched 7 batches of auctions from AMPro & one got stuck half way through said looking for AW server?? I had to start over & check each against the active ones & separate out and then it wouldn't launch many times said duplicates when they were not, and look for synched in column. All had Waiting, so I launched anyway.
When finished, the numbers of active versus what I launched were way off by hundreds. I each of the 7 batches one by one again and 2 batches said Waiting even though I had written down the total number launched, so I launched again.
One batch said synched when it had not acutally been launched. I lost a whole night I could have been listing more trying to straighten it out one by one. I don't know what happened but seems to be on your end. All of them had to be stopped and started many times, seemed to not want to coordinate with online part.

I'm sorry about the trouble you had getting your items listed. I'm not sure what could have happened.
If I am reading your message correctly: You had a synch error, then you went online to see if any auctions from that batch had uploaded, and you found that Pro indicated some items were duplicated when they were not. You also received a message from Pro that indicated a batch had synched successfully when the auctions in that batch were not uploaded.
If this is the case, we will have to look into this - I can't imagine what might have caused this to happen, and I will have to pass this one along to our engineers.
Can you tell us which version of SM Pro you are using, and whether or not you have recently upgraded?

I have the latest version. I just looked over my notes and one also said Waiting and it had already launched. First two launched with no problem. The rest were a problem. Would also be nice if we could edit typos here LOL.
