So far everything is going along great but I am having a problem where during checkout some people are adding tax to their purchase. While it does give me more money, I'd prefer that the customer pay me what they owe and no more. How do I eliminate this field from the checkout unless the person is in my homestate of PA?

Hi Gemoverstock,
In the Post Sale Management Options area, there is a field right underneath the tax selection box. You can put text in that field that says No tax applies unless you are in the state of PA so that way, when your customers fill out the WBN they will see right underneath the tax drop down that they don't have to add tax unless they are in your homestate. Also, you can edit the actual WBN email to say that very same thing.
