I uploaded a large batch on Sunday (from offline program, 4.2) and then went into my batch again on Monday and in both cases, I had repeated crashes. Everything went down and the only way to recover was to unplug. The only way I've been able to complete a batch is to work offline only, save everything and then sign-on to sync. It's something in the interface with 4.2.
BTW, your Announcement page said pic problem is resolved; it wasn't 10 mins. ago, I couldn't see any images on my auctions or on other sellers with AW, so that's most of yesterday evening and this morning. Will you be crediting?
When your program crashes do you get an error message? If so what does it say? Also, do you have an antivirus program running?
We had a minor site problem a little while ago however it has since been fixed. I am not sure what the plan is in terms of credits but an announcement will be posted shortly regarding this morning's issue.
