I have been getting this on a little used account (I have 2 accounts) for some time. I can't even get into the program to upgrade.
I have read some of the other messages, and you suggest to download to a disk, then install from disk. Is that what I need to do also, to get 4.2?
What you need to do is save to your hard drive, which is the save to disk option. Choose a place where you will be able to find it easily. Let me know if you have trouble with it.
