Hello,

Unfortunately we are not set up for phone support. I did respond to you yesterday via email, with a work around, when you emailed that you were getting an images synchronization error.

The problem I see now is the naming of your image. You cannot have spaces -- if you want to put a space between words, use the underscore key or the hyphen key. Please rename the image, reattach it to the batch item, and synchronize again. If it halts, please follow the directions I emailed to you yesterday -- I can email them to you again if you want.

Regards,

Sonya

It seems that this problem is becoming more prevalent. It sure would be nice if this could be fixed sooner rather than later... I too have been waiting approx. 3 days. No auctions launched, no money coming in.

Hi Comics4fun,

This problem is different from the one that you are experiencing. You should be hearing from engineering directly very soon, if you haven't already.

Sonya

Hello,
Thank you for your respond. Actually I never put space I hope more detailed information can help. 2)Also I e-mailed you already twice that I would need detailed information how I can save the pictures from the auction watch to my computer and than when I need them how to paste them to AW. 3)There is no pictures for item # 985503249 here is the text from the inside box and you can see that there is 3 pictures in the box:
<img src="http://imagehost.auctionwatch.com/bin/imageserver.x/00000000/dalia26/oct17apend1.jpg"
ALT="Image Hosting by auctionwatch.com" ><br>&nbsp;<br><img src="http://imagehost.auctionwatch.com/bin/imageserver.x/00000000/dalia26/oct17apend2.jpg"
ALT="Image Hosting by auctionwatch.com" ><br>&nbsp;<br><img src="http://imagehost.auctionwatch.com/bin/imageserver.x/00000000/dalia26/oct17apend3.jpg" the same problem I have on many other auctions. Please save your costumers time by providing a telephone number that we can contact you,some times questions and answers go back and fort for days YES you can Help.

Hello,

The images are not in your AW account. Did you insert them using Attach Image in SMPro or did you include them with HTML in the description box? We unfortunately do not have a customer service phone number. The best ways to reach us are through email, or through the service forums (which we answer within an hour or less during our customer service hours).

You can save images by right clicking on the original, big sized image and selecting "Save As" and choosing the place on your hard drive where you want the image to be saved.

Regards,

Sonya
