Hi
I think something weird is happening or I am seriously blond & senior!
I was looking over my auctions today because I received a question regarding an item that had sold and yet somehow was relisted.

I am not saying this is a AW problem... it could be me. The inventory modual is so labor intensive sometimes I get a little confused.

However, I had to end 7 auctions because either they were duplicate listings or they had sold. The auction numbers are:
1903705851 duplicate listing, 1903703901 item sold last time it was listed, 1903703709 duplicate listing, 1903513401 duplicate listing, 1904213275 duplicate listing, 1903705840 & 1903357027 duplicate listing of previously sold item.

Please help.

Now for two minor questions.
1. How do I turn off auto relist?
2. Where can I download a trial version of SM Business Edition? I can't seem to find it.

Thank you
Paula

Hello,

You may want to review your inventory to see if you have any duplicate entries of your items. That might have been the problem here.

You can turn off auto relist pretty easily -- go to Active Auctions, select the ones you want to turn it off for, and hit Set Auto Relist. On the next page you will see towards the left some checkboxes -- uncheck them for the ones you want to turn off the relist, and submit your changes.

Unfortunately new downloads of BE are no longer available on the site. We are going to be merging BE functionality into Sales Manager Pro and our online tools as well.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi
Thank you for your response, Sonya.
I solved part of the problem. I had problems syncing when I listed some of these items. I didn't think much about it and just re-tried.
Unknown to me, some of the auctions had been posted. So they ended up being listed twice.
I still haven't solved the second part of the problem... sold items relisting...
Paula
