The calculated shipping amount does not show up when I preview the payment reminder (auction # 2605918787) What should I try ?

Hello mmnc,

Next to the preview payment reminder button you will see an edit button - click this button and you will be able to edit the reminder and add the shipping amount before sending it.

On the "Send Payment Reminder" I have the following catergories: Site, Sort By, Final Prince, Action, and, Buyer Email...Under "Action" there is only "Preview" and No Edit. Help. Thanks.

Hello,

You can edit it from the Fulfillment Checklist. If you hold your mouse cursor over the icons you'll be able to see which one is the edit icon.
