How would I export archived and postsale information to a program to help with our book keeping, and to track sales and proffits?

First of all , you have to send your completed auction to Archive. Open your Post Sale list and check the boxes of the completed items you would like to archive. at the top, click on the 'Archive' button and your checked auctions will go to the archive file.
Farther down the left side under 'Post Sale' is 'Archive'. The page it takes you to askes you for dates. Fill in the needed dates and it will export it to a file of your choice ready to be opened in Exel. Note: you probably want to check 'Basic' before you hit 'Export'. This should give you more than enough info.
You might be able to adjust even further so you don't get so much extra info. I haven't tried that yet.
