One of the most important features that buyers have on ebay is the ability to search by item specifics. I assume that the reason Vendio offers to batch import is that your larger customers often need alternate ways of importing large databases of information in order to process many orders. We are now in the position to handle 1000's of orders per day only to find out that item specifics are not offered in batch importing. WHY NOT? Please do not tell me that you will pass this information onto the development team for future consideration. This is not a large program change, simply adding fields to be mapped to your current SMP fields.

Dear Sonya,
Because of the upcoming changes in ebays catagories, without item specifics it will severely affect our auctions. We are ramping up our business with 2 prominent business partners and expect our volume to increase to 2,000-3,000 auctions per week within the next 2 months. We have a very important business decision to make before we can commit to using Vendio for these clients. If we are not able to map item specifics in batch importer we will not be able to use Vendio. Believe me, the LAST thing we need on our plate right now is to move to another program. The time and energy would be almost overwhelming. However, without the change we will be left with no choice. We are located in Santa Cruz and would like to schedule a meeting at your earliest convenience to make these changes happen. If we need to talk to someone in Marketing or Management please email their information on our Vendio Customer Mgt. account.
