It appears that aol is blocking emails that contain a hot link. This means that WBN's are kicked back. During the last 7-10 days I've had a large number of emails undelivered, most all of them to aol users, but some were hotmail.
Please try changing around the subject of your WBNs, and perhaps the wording in your email -- some ISPs have tighter SPAM security than others, which can cause the emails to occasionally get returned to you. Let us know if this problem persists.
Not all of our customers are reporting this problem. If every WBN sent to an AOL customer was being bounced back, there would be more customers writing us with this problem. This is why I suggested you alter some of the wording in your WBN messages.
