Or how to export the checkout info into UPS World Shipper?

Second, UPS 3rd Day Select is a popular way of shipping, esp for transcontinental shipping, please add this choice to the shipping choice menu or ad another blank one. Thanks.

Lastly, it has been too long for Vendio not to have the automatic feedback return feature, i.e., whenever the seller receives a positive feedback, the buyer gets one automatically. Is this rocket-science technology? Many others have this feature. This will save seller a lot of time.

Hi Volksphoto,

If you click on this link you will find a link to directions on how to import your shipping information into UPS World Ship. If you have any trouble with their software you may want to contact them for assistance.

I will log a suggestion for UPS 3rd Day Select as a shipping option to be included in the drop down, and another one regarding automatic feedback return. We make our changes and feature releases based on unique user request -- we value your input and appreciate your suggestions.

Regards,

Sonya

After talking with UPS tech, it was pointed out that the excel file needs three more colums each with the same value "Y" in order to triger UPS' quantum email notification.

Also, the file imported from Vendio Post Sale shows the auction listing number slightly differently than the true number by an extra ".0", eg, an ebay auction of 345678 will become 345678.0, could not figure out why.

Can you please pass this to Vendio's tech people.

UPS tech line: 888 553-1118

Current file will not be able to export buyer's email into UPS's quantum notification although there is a colum for email.

Thank you for your attention.

Hello,

Please explain in more detail what you mean by needing 3 more columns with the same value "Y".

Regarding the .0, it's probably a formatting issue. If you highlight the column and right-click it and go to Format Cells, you can probably correct this there.

Here it is:

To batch-import shipping info into UPS worldship, a "map" needs to be created under UPS software. When creating the map, you link or connect different colums in the Excel doc to different things in UPS software, eg, "tocountry" in Excel is connected to "tocountry" in UPS software, that way, different information goes to its respective places in UPS software, name, country, zip, phone. However, by connecting "toemail" to UPS' "notification by email" is not enough. In order for the UPS to send out a notification email to the recipient, more links needs to be established between the Excel and UPS software, otherwise, even the "toemail" is linked (or connected or mapped), no email will be sent out. On the UPS part: at least two more things needs to be mapped: 1. UPS Quantum Option(Quantum email Notification); 2. UPS Notification 1 Option. To map these two, two more colums in Excel are needes. Subject of the colum can be anyting and can even be the same, all the values in all colums must be a "y". One more same colum is needed to map "Delivery exception notification" and one more is needed for mapping "Delivery notification". I manually add three colums before imports data to UPS.

Hope this is clear enough. Otherwise, give UPS tech support a call at 888 553 1118. All the above was done per their instruction. The Excel file from exported shipping via Vendio was sent to them for review and the problem was found. If you can add several more colums, hopefully with subject matching exactly (not important, though) UPS', it would be nice.

Thanks for your attention.

BTW, besides having to manually add several columns every time, manual mapping of these newly added columns to UPS Worldshipper's counterparts must be done munally every time, very time consuming.
