When I want to use Vendio Postsale It must allow me to uncombine invoices because I offer to combine auctions. After every (weekly) auction I send up to date invoices out. Can you make this possible ?

Hi Erwin,
You can uncombine and recombine orders in Post-Sale. To uncombine an order, in Sales Manager -> Post Sale click the order number, then the "Edit Buyer" button. Uncheck the Relist option, and click "Split Order". At this point, the item will be split into separate listings. At this point you can either handle the listings individually, or you may recombine them in the Combinable Items section in Sales Manager -> Post Sale.

It is somewhere on the site mentoined that once an order was combined it is not possible to uncombine. I have followed your instructions and it worked indeed
I have a new problem wiht combining : When click combine I do not get all combining items but just ad few, for example : I have a buyer in my awaying payment list wiht four items, SMP combines only two ? How can I solve this problem (I still use the ebay sale manager because I do not have that problem)

Hi there,
Check your preferences to see how many days you have allowed for items to come up as combinable. This preference is located in My Account -> Global Preferences, under Shipping & Insurance, Shopping Cart. If items were purchased outside the timeframe specified, they will not appear as eligible to combine.

Two remarks :
SM doens't allow me to combine items longer sold than 30 days : how can I change that to a longer period ?
Second : The preference is 30 days but I still can't combine purchase for 08 28 and 29, whath means that those 30 days also isn't correct ?
