Hi Erwin,
our services are fully compatible with eBay. SMPro is our offline tool and cannot provide relist functionality. However, if you use our online services (Sales Manager), you can relist an item at eBay, and if the item qualifies for a listing fee credit, eBay will issue the credit as if you would have relisted the item using My eBay page and tools.

Thanks Marius,
I do not complete understand your answer;
I work as follows :
I made a template;
I made profiles;
I make lisings in the inventory SMP;
I select the items in the inventory which I want to list;
I put them in a batch;
I edit the batch : number of auction days,listing time ...
It is here where I can set the relist option : enable and number of times.
So I set the relisting number before I upload them . So this is using relising in SMP ? Is this the correct and smartes way to do ?

Hi Erwin,
you got it right! This is the way to control the auto-relist feature from within SMPro. Usually users do some changes before relisting, this is why I told you to use our online services. Sorry for the confusion. If you want your items to be automatically relisted with no changes this is the way to do it (the items will automatically be relisted on your behalf, only if the item does not sell)
