I had my auctions on auto relist if they did not sell. 10 auctions sold and I found them relisted this morning. Help - what happened? I canceled auctions. Can I get a refund and how do I keep this from happening again?

please help ASAP. They've relisted again and I don't see a way to get them to stop. I've had to cancel thru Ebay again but my guess is they will turn around and relist because as you say something must be set wrong. the numbers are
8920983538
89209883550
89209883555
8920983556
8920983558
8920983561
8920983564
8920984743
It looks like all of the currently active items are ok to end early, as none appear to be setup to automatically relist.
8920983538 - not setup to autorelist.
89209883550 - not valid eBay item number.
89209883555 - not valid eBay item number.
8920983556 - not setup to autorelist.
8920983558 - not setup to autorelist.
8920983561 - not setup to autorelist.
8920983564 - not setup to autorelist.
8920984743 - not setup to autorelist.
--------
How these items came to launch :
8920984743 - this was a relist of item 8920692983 which was an unsold listing uploaded from SMPro.
8920983564 - this was a relist of item 8920692645 which was an unsold listing uploaded from SMPro.
8920983561 - this was a relist of item 8920692892 which was an unsold listing uploaded from SMPro.
8920983558 - this was a relist of item 8920692916 which was an unsold listing uploaded from SMPro.
8920983556 - this was a relist of item 8920692666 which was an unsold listing uploaded from SMPro.
8920983538 - this was a relist of item 8920692636 which was an unsold listing uploaded from SMPro.

I don't see any pending listings in your account currently, so as of right now there doesnt appear to be any others that are in queue to list.

all of the numbers you said were unsold & relisted were sold items thru Ebay. Somehow it is not picking up that they sold. What should i do?

I just checked Ebay and the last 2 also reloaded:
8921015200 and 8921015203
There was 10 total that automatically relisted 2 times (I had to cancel them 2 times). I usually auto relist for 2 times but these items sold so I don't understand why the Vendio software didn't pick that up and discontinue listing. What went wrong? How can I get a refund from Vendio and Ebay for listing these 10 items twice?
All of the item numbers I listed were actually unsold listings, but that makes sense as these must be the item numbers for the first relist - not the items for those that had sold.
We'll break down one of these to see if that helps figure how they came to be.
---------
Item number : 8918134522
8918134522 was a relist of an item you had uploaded via SMPro as item number 8915439002.
Since 8915439002 didn't sell, it was relisted as 8918134522.
8918134522 was submitted Mar-23-06 7:24pm, and closed with a winning bidder on Mar-30-06 7:24pm.
The first suspected relist of this item is 8920692636, but it was launched on Mar-30-06 5:24pm - technically 2 hours earlier than when the previous item had closed.
The system doesn't show that item as being the result of an auto-relist, nor can the autorelist system resubmit an item that has yet to close.
In this case it appears that the first occurance of this listing was done via uploading the batch with this item within.

Next up : 8918134536
8918134536 was also the result of relisting a previously unsold item that you launched from SMPro. (Original item was 8915439083)
8918134536 was launched on Mar-23-06 7:24pm and closed with a winning bidder on Mar-30-06 7:24pm.
The first suspected relist of this item is 8920692666, submitted on Mar-30-06 5:24pm - technically 2 hours earlier than when the previous item had closed.

From the looks of it, you may have simply reuploaded a batch of items that you had already done in the past, just a few hours prior to those same items closing.
As long as you ended the items right away, eBay may refund the costs for those listings - you will want to contact their billing department to inquire on how to file for a credit.

I guess that must have been what happened tho I don't see how I could have done that. Thank you very much for all your help.
