I signed up a new account with vendio for a family member and can not get the sales manager pro to work, it only shows the andale version lister pro. can i still get sales manager pro or is it a discontinued item.

Hi layzmike,
As you may already know, Vendio recently acquired Andale, and the first step towards the final consolidation of the two platforms is the website you currently see. When you apply for a new account, you are automatically signed up for the Andale's version of Sales Manager, and not Vendio's. That's what happened to the account you mentioned, and using Sales Manager Pro(SMPro) with an Andale account is not possible.
In order to sign up for Vendio's version of Sales Manager, you need to go to our main page, click on the "see all services" link on the left hand side menu, and choose one of Vendio's products(e.g. Image Hosting). After your account setup is complete, you need to go to "My Account" -> "My Service Plans", and apply for the Sales Manager program. This way, you'll have Vendio's version of Sales Manager, which you can use with SMPro.
