I have been using sales manager pro for years. I wrote up some auctions and before uploading I decided to design a my template. which I did and now I cannot upload the auctions. I get to "checking saved templates" in the upload process and then I get an error message "run-time error 70 permission denied". I have to click cancel on this screen and when I click on that screen another screen comes up "run time error 0" and the smp screen disappears and if I try to click on the desk top icon a screen come on that states "already running" but I cannot figure out how to bring up the screen again and I have to restart my computer inorder to get smp to start up again. please help

Hello,
Go to your Custom Templates page and try re-saving this new template as your default one, then restart the computer and re-launch the Sales Manager Pro program.
Once restarted click to Sync the program, prior to opening any batches. Click the 'details' button during the Sync to monitor the process in case it fails and let us know the result of your efforts.

Hello,
When you reinstalled the program did you just allow it to install itself into the default location?
If not, where was it loaded to instead?
If you did install it to it's default location, then the previous copy may not be installed to the normal/default directory and the batches and images from it would still be in that directory instead.
If you have 64 bit version of Windows, check here for a Vendio directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)
If your running the older 32 bit version of Windows, check here for a Vendio directory:
C:\Program Files
Once you find your other Vendio directory, there is a 'batches' directory where all of your batches would be stored within. You can move these to the new folder or just navigate here when you go to open a batch in the new application.
