I hope someone will be able to help me. I am Sales manager Pro 7.0.5 build 1428 on a new computer using Windows 7.
SMP has become vey unstable. Many times right in the middle of composing an auction it will stop and say it has to quit. More often this happens when I go to saver an aution. Also Windows explorer opens when SMP is opened.
Another thing is sometimes I cannot "add images" into the window bar at the bottom of the screen.
I have tied some if not all of the compatability modes in windows 7 but they just seem to change the failure modes.
I really could use some help.

Unfortunately, while some of our customers have been able to use Sales Manager Pro successfully on a Windows 7 machine, others have not been successful. Please do try all of the different compatibility modes, as sometimes that helps. The other option would be to use the online version of our services, which has the same features as the Sales Manager Pro software.

I have the same problem, and no amount of tweaking compatibility fixes anything. This is maddening. I complained about this earlier, when I first got this Windows 7 64-bit machine, and the answer seemed to be just a throwing up of hands. Since then, I have gone back to my old computer (WinXP)for Vendio and everything works. Now, though, the old computer is overheating again, so I am back to constant crashes when I try to save eBay auctions in Vendio. WHAT AM I TO DO? I have been paying you guys for at least eight years now, and the answer that "the program was written for earlier versions of Windows" just doesn't cut it. You said something about using the online version of SMP. What does that mean and how do I do it?
Then log in to your account. In the menu at the top left of the page click the link for "Sales Manager". Then under "Create Listing" click the eBay icon. Enter your category, click continue, and you will be on the online listing form. Please let us know should you have any trouble with this.
