Several times last 2 days have gotten messages of this type when trying to view listings of active, pending, etc. I use Firefox latest edition.

There was an outage earlier this morning for some users that caused some of the servers to require a reboot.
The announcement was updated to state that services were restored by 10:30AM PST.
Any items scheduled to launch specifically between 8:30 and 10:30 would need to be resubmitted, otherwise there should be no side effects of the outage.
