Hi,
I was recently trying to download a new copy of SMP to my desktop,I have 2 accounts,I tried to keep them seperate but they merged,or I should say 1 overrode the other.I managed to undo that and all is well with my off line prograpm but when I logged into vendio I could not get my control panel to come up,I need to be able to see all my closed autions/saved etc. and currectn auctions,nothing is showing at all.I also have an account under peter_greem the same is happening with that,could you please looks into this,nothing is coming up

There is an element on the Sales Manager page causing a large delay in it's loading. Once loaded if your in FireFox it seems to work fine from that point forward, but Internet Explorer does not handle these well and will take a few full minutes before it loads the Sales Manager page.
The engineers are aware of the issue and working to remove this element from the page.
