I messaged customer service about 4 days ago and haven't gotten any response. There isn't a phone number to call and I'd prefer not discussing my account on a public board. Is there any way to get my account questions answered? Thanks.

Hello,

I checked the email address that is on file for your Vendio account, however I am not seeing any recent messages using that address. Please resend the message by going to "Help" --> "Contact Us" --> "Request Support". After you have sent the message you should get a confirmation screen that includes a link. Please save the link, which can be used to check the status of your request at any time.

You should expect a reply within 24 hours (and usually much quicker). When we reply an email will be sent to you to let you know, however it might be ending up in your spam folder (which is why I would recommend saving the link to your request so that you can check the status at any time). Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
