I wish to change my registered name on my PayPal account. Currently when I request a check, the check is made out to my BUSINESS NAME. I do not have this business name registered with my bank, and therefore, it is against their policies to cash it. But since I am a long time customer to the bank they did it anyways.
I can not find anywhere on the site to change my name, or at least designate a name to make the check out to (whether a preference or a check-by-check basis thing).
That brings me to my next point. I wouldn't have to be bothering with these blasted checks if you guys didn't reject my banking account in the first place! "Bank did not recognize bank account number, therefore, your bank account is restricted and can never be registered on PayPal" IS NOT the proper answer for a WORKING checking account!
I have sent an e-mail to customer service, a nice, long, and concise e-mail explaining my situation and I would really like to get this checking account registered. Of course, trying to show how trustworthy you guys are, decided to NOT respond to my e-mail.

I would really like to know how the heck I am supposed to the fax you
the deposit amounts if there never was any deposits? I opened up
this checking account specifically for PayPal, it would be a shame if
I can't even use it at PayPal! Besides, I am a verified Premier
seller with another verified bank account, why am I put through all
this hassle over a second bank account? Most people are reluctant to
give you their bank account information - and you are rejecting
mine. A bad form of irony, indeed.
My bank account number, which is a checking account, at the bank
Hells Wargo, is 0987654321. I have used this exact account number
over Wells Fargo phone banking and it was accepted and legit. The
routing number on the check is 1234567890. I hope we can get this
problem settled soon, Thanks!

Ugh. I can't take a check because the name is wrong, and I can't deposit to my bank account because of an error that isn't true. Are you guys planning on keeping my money forever? If so, I would of appreciated if you had told me that up front.
Damon, please respond so I can e-mail you my bank account number and routing number and hopefully get that sucker up and running! Changing my name wouldn't be that bad, either.
