I paid a seller using Paypal and when I tried to change my source of funds to CC it said they didn't accept CC payments. I believe this was a Business account.

Is there a way to stop accepting CC on a personal account?

Hi,

No. Premier and Business accounts are the only ones that can set their receiving preferences.
