hi there. please.......i need help...my customer said she paid and in her inbox, it says that it was sent but i never received a confirmation letter nor anything in my inbox......the money could have only gone to to my credit card but there are no transactions on the credit card and she said that it possibly won't show until the first of the month.........i don't know what else to do. it's not a big transaction, a lil' over $45 but i can't send it to her without the cash in my hands but i don't blame her for being upset. please someone help!!!!!!

She probably entered your e-mail address incorrectly when she made the payment. That happens a lot. Have her go back into PayPal and cancel her payment. Then you go into PayPal and send her an invoice so all she has to do is "point and click".

This isn't a possibility with PayPal. If the payment isn't showing up in your account history and you didn't receive a notification of payment by email, then the payment was either made to an incorrect address or was never made at all. As suggested, have your buyer cancel her payment and send her a "Request for Money".
