Diana, I thought that you were going to take care of this fvc for me. The credit is still not posted to my account. REF ID#1092559087

I'm sorry that your refund wasn't approved. Please let us know which one it was, and we'll take care of it (you can just post the RefID here.) In the future, please be sure to specify that it is a Store purchase in your request form (we will be revising the request form shortly, at which point you won't need to worry about this.)
