Ok you guys need to come up with a secure way for customers to enter their credit card info.
I am getting sick of having to request refunds for items that customers checkout with, but then decide not to pay when they find out that they half to enter their credit card information in the message box at the bottom of the checkout form.
My bill last month was $25.00 in non paying buyers. 95% of them back out of paying becouse of this.
Out of 32 sales Ive made this week 6 of them actually payed.Everyday I request atleast 3 refunds for non paying customers.
Added to this,alot of the time when customers checkout there is no message box at the bottom of the checkout form.
Sometimes its there sometimes its not.Most of the sales I do make are customers that were redirected to my Yahoo store.
We do not actually process the credit cards. You have selected Direct Offline Processing for credit card purchases, meaning you have another credit card merchant that you would like to use. Which is fine, however there is no other instruction on how to pay for it because there's no link in the directions box. Whoever your merchant is should have a secure link to a credit card payment page that you can paste into that directions box, so when customers finish a sale with you, they will be able to pay for the item.
