Hi Sonya,
Thanks for the link. I've successfully downloaded my entire inventory 3 or 4 times now and when I open it with MS Excel 2000, there is only one entry of the 1600 plus items I have in my store.
I've looked everywhere in Excel (even peeked behind the monitor ) but only one item is visible.
Just for info, the .csv file size I downloaded last was 8MB big. Quite a big program for only having 6 or 7 lines of info on the Excel page.
I've even tried downloading in smaller segments but same issue.
Any suggestions?

Which folder are you selecting to download? I logged into your account and downloaded your Vintage Ads folder, and when I open in Excel it pulls up 1394 items.
