Got this from a customer:

Have you experienced problems with your shopping cart? I have now
entered my credit card info (and all other info) three times and I keep
getting an ERROR message.
Is this an incompatibility with WebTV?

Just teasing, it should work ok, this is our first logged report of a problem involving WebTv and the storefront checkout tools. It is possible that they are running on an older system that may simply be unable to read the page properly, but it should as we haven't made any changes to this system for some time now.
Typically, simply restarting the unit will correct most one-off WebTv type problems.
