Hi..I keep getting an error when I try to use the wizard to add a picture as a logo or just as a picture in the about store...I have resized and everything , but I keep getting a page not found...I didnt have trouble putting pics IN the store..I even upla\oaded the pic I want to use as a logo but cant get it in...also how long til store banners appear in auctions?...Thanks
Please try clearing your browser cache, if you continue to get the timeout message, see if you can use another ISP access number. If you turn on the promote option for your Vendio Store, the banner will appear in new listings you do after the change. Currently active listings will not have the banner appearing.
