Okay, I'm confused.
I have a pro-pay account. I also have a vendio store and sell on e-bay. I'm going to dump PayPal and go exclusively with ProPay.
I have the Vendio shopping cart set up and all my pro-pay information entered.
Now..here's the question. If someone wins an auction, or buys an item from either my e-bay store or vendio, will they be guided through the payment process to enter their info on pro-pay or do I have to send them an invoice through Pro-Pay in order to receive payment? I want to avoid taking card #'s over the phone.

Hello Barbara,
When your buyer checks out, you will receive an email notification. At that point you would need to send the buyer an invoice from ProPay since there is no way for them to enter their credit card information during checkout.
