I have managed to setup my store perfectly, using HTML coding to place a banner where it has "company name" and now it is exactly the way I want it to look.
Now the contact page, of course, inserts the banner in the place of "company name" and now the question:
How do I leave the banner on each page but the company name on the contact page?

You can't. I have had a similar arrangement on my store for over a year. At this time it can't be done. However, there may be changes coming.
This is typically called a 'Frame Redirect' Vs just rerouting the traffic to the storefront. Sometimes this can break your shopping cart, so if you set this up with your domain host, check to be sure you can add more than one item to an order in your storefront after setting it up. (it usually works just fine, but its something to watch out for.)
