When someone makes a purchase and their credit card does not go through for some reason, there is no option to get them back to the cart.
Basically I either have to contact them and get the card to process manually or return the item to inventory and tell them to try again. Which means I also have to request a refund.
There should be a better way, like an invoice option under this circumstance.
