Hi, I'm new on vendio and I'm not a super genius with computers. I've been selling for a while on ebay and I'm ready to start using vendio and its store solution.
Some years ago a bought a domain on godaddy.com... Now, I want it to be my vendio store. I already read the installation guide, but as I said, I don;t know anything about servers, PHP, MySQL, Linux, etc...
Can someone tell me where can I find information of how to install my vendio store on my domain (without redirecting it)... please keep in mind that I don't have my own server... I just bought a domain on internet and now I want to use it....

Hello Charles,
In order to be able to install the Vendio Store on your domain you will need to be using a webhosting company (that allows you to edit and make changes to the domain). You don't need to know anything about servers, PHP, MySQL, or Linux. Those are just the various requirements, which most webhosting companies will have. You just need to be able to edit the domain. Here are the steps you will need to follow:
2. Upload the installer file to your server in the target directory.
* If you want your store installed on the root of your domain (e.g. http://www.mydomain.com/), copy the installer file to the publicly visible root of your domain (generally, the '/www' folder).
* If you want your store installed in a subdirectory on your domain (e.g. http://www.mydomain.com/store/), create the subdirectory in the publicly visible root and then copy the installer file to that directory (e.g. /www/store).
3. Open the installer file in your browser.
For example, type "http://www.mydomain.com/installer.php" or "http://www.mydomain.com/store/installer.php" in your browser's location Bar and click "Go."
4. Follow the remaining instructions the installer will provide in your Browser.
If you are having trouble editing your domain, please contact your webhosting company for assistance. Otherwise, please let us know exactly where you are running into trouble and we will do our best to help.
