I posted an item on my vendio store for a test run. I filled out my shipping info but when I tried continue to the payment page I was told that "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". What am I doing wrong? Please help.

Oh no! Now I can't get to the checkout screen

okay, I got back to checkout, but not through to payment still

Hello,

After you enter your shipping address and continue, what is coming up for you on the next page that you cannot pay?

You should see a page like this, after you confirm your address, where you will select your payment type (in this case PayPal appears to be the only option) and then click to Pay Now:

I'm getting the same issue - I don't get to the screen that you posted here. If I hit Refresh after getting the Internet Explorer cannot display webpage message, I get a message saying checkout disabled.

When setting up PayPal, I didn't send the blank email as noted in the instructions, since I thought that had to do with the blocking feature and I want customers to be able to checkout either way. Do we still need to send that blank PayPal email?

Hello,

I have also been unable to duplicate the problem. Do you have the same problem when using a different browser, such as Firefox? Also, please let us know what version of Internet Explorer you are using, and what operating system you are using.

Clearing cookies and temprary files seems to have worked. Thanks!
