If I'm viewing my live store and I'm typing a search word in the box and pressing Enter, I don't get anything related - I get my entire store's contents. However, if I typed a word and click the Search button, the function works. Is this a browser issue? Many folks will hit Enter when searching and may get frustrated and leave if it seems not to work correctly.
Thank you for the information. I was able to see the problem, and I have escalated this to our engineering group. We will let you know as soon as more information is available.
