In copying or creating an ad, sometimes the subtitle for the store ad shows "null" which actually shows up on the product listing. I can't discern a pattern - it happens to do this sometimes and not with others. The only workaround I have is to insert a space in the subtitle if I happen to notice the "null" in the product listings. Is there a way to force ads to not show "null" in a listing?
There are currently some problems using IE8 with our website, and our engineers are working on correcting the problems. In the meantime, you should be able to work around them by running IE8 in IE7 compatibility mode. Please give this a try and let us know should you continue to have trouble.

I'm actually in IE8 and already using compatibility mode and that does not seem to help any. But, I have found that if the ISBN/UPC field has null in it, and if I delete that null, then deleting the other null values in the subtitle and the condition notes fields solves the problem - no stray null words appear in any of my listings.
I wish there were a way to not have to go through and delete null every time I see it. But for now, at least the listings look better.

Scratch that deleting in the ISBN idea - that didn't work on a different occasion. I don't see this happening when I'm using either Firefox or Chrome, so it may be an IE8 thing.
