I am currently trying to add sizes on my table of Variations. Under the size column it says add values. once selcted it says Edit Atttribute.
Attributes:
Size then a red negatice sign beside it
Attribute Values:
and a blank section to type in with a green positive sign beside it
I am trying to add a size and whatever I type in does not show up under the size column. It will not let me save untill it is entered and I can't enter anything. Suggestions?
After entering in a size to the left of the green positive sign, are you clicking the green positive sign? If not, please click the positive sign after entering each size variation. Then after adding all of the sizes click the "OK" button. You should then be able to use the "Add Variation" button to add in the sizes.
Should you continue to have trouble with this, please let us know the SKU for one of the specific items that you are having trouble with, so that we can take a closer look.
