Hi!

My shipping info exporting option is grayed out. Do you know what could be causing this? I have my order selected and then go to export-->shipping info-->and all options under this panel are grayed out. I need to export it for Dazzle by Endicia.

Hello,

As long as the order used calculated shipping and the buyer completed the Vendio checkout, you should have the option to export it in the format used (USPS, UPS).

If you use Fixed shipping rates or the buyer never completed the checkout process the option to export shipping data would be greyed out.

Hello,

What is the Order number so we can take a look?
Is the Order completed and paid for, where it displays in items to ship?

The order number is 10840041

But it displays under "needing payment", which I'm guessing is why it won't let me export the shipping info as you stated above.

I was present when the order was placed. Why is it posting under orders if the payment didn't go through? Was the customer notified of the order?

Hello,

It looks like they chose American Express as their payment method, but there was no confirmation that it was accepted unfortunately. Typically credit card payments either clear or the checkout process is unable to be completed. Double check with your payment processor to see if they have a record of this transaction, as it's possible they placed a hold (or perhaps failed to properly relay that the payment was properly received where it could be marked as paid here.)

The customer would have received an order confirmation (you should have received a carbon copy of this) but no confirmation that payment was received yet.
