Does this mean that AW is phasing out mailstep?
For some time I had hoped that some email features would be coming to the sales manager email specifically a cc or bcc of all mails sent. Does this mean that those features will not be materializing for sales manager except through "customer manager" if that is the case I have much to consider with reagard to my ongoing relationship with AW. I send upwards of 35 emails daily at the rate of .04 each which is what the average fee through "customer manager" seems to be will increase my overhead by over $40.- per month give or take. I for one have always appreciated when one of my clients lets me know I'm being off base before making the decision to be an ex-client.
I specifically wish to know if this means there will never be cc given to the emails now part of sales manager and whether sales manager will now be further streamlined and offer less features.
Can the data that is in Customer Manager be exported into any kind of report.
Will there be any change to the archive function in sales manager as a result of this "improvement".
If reports are not available when will they be?
Are the WBN's, Reminders, part of the email allocation in custoner manager?

Curently I get carbon copies to all of my wbn's, for some time there have been requests to get cc's of other emails (reminders, received payments etc.). Without being able to export to either excel or access the customer management has little or no value to me. I would be much more interested in a reports module, the ability to export data to quickbooks and a number of other features that are not available at this time.

Hi Davebraun,
After reviewing your thread again -- if you are sending approximately 35 emails per day, you would want to sign up for the Customer Manager Standard Plan, which gives you 1000 outgoing emails for $14.95 per month. At 1060 messages per month (35 per day), the cost for the standard plan would be $16.65 per month, which is less than your original estimate of $40.
Improving reporting functionality is on the roadmap, but we do not have a date set for this yet.
