I don't have the volume of buyers for "Customer Manager" nor the additional fee per month. The "default postsale management message" is very adequate for me and works very well. I have been VERY happy with it. Please don't tell me at this point that it will be discontinued!

Hi JjsGems,

At this time, there is no plan to discontinue Mailstep. You may still use it, as you have been using it.
