I like very muche the part where i can see the follow up on my customer the history on what they bought etc... But i want to keepo the email part for me.
So the question is if i go back to use the mailstep email will you still be able to manage the customers keep the history etc...?

Hi Electronic4me,
At this time, you can only use vendio.com as your email address for Customer Manager. It is not set up to work with outside email clients at this time, but I have logged your request for evaluation.
I think i mid solution between mailstep and vendio would be great: meaning you expend the features of mailstep to capture a customer database, but the email will be forwarded to us ( like mailstep) so we can use our own email client.
you already have the technology obviously, i am asking less not more, can you look into this?
I am sure frokm what i see I am not the only who would be interested
