Customer Manager now provides a visual indication when new mail has arrived for you, allowing you to respond even more quickly to customer e-mails. When important new mail arrives in your inbox (not Bulk Mail), the Customer Manager tab changes colors and presents an envelope icon to alert you to the new messages. This visual indication goes away when you enter Customer Manager. If you would like to have all messages trigger this alert, including messages routed to your Bulk Mail folder, you can set this preference in Customer Manager settings in My Account. We also continue to evaluate an alert function that resides on your PC to let you know new messages have arrived even when you are away from the Vendio site.
