heres' the cut and paste, it's toward the end of the transcript to the chat:
auctions_guest: On closing, to further clarify the questions about auto-resubmission...
y_auctions_guest: All auctions which are submitted before January 10th (even those that are already checked as auto-resubmit) will be free.
y_auctions_guest: Any auctions listed after January 10th (including each successive re-submit) will be charged.
I read this as you get 1 free relist if it's after the 10th, but if you have auto submit set for 2, you will get ding on the 2nd round..
anyone else read this this way? at the very list it's very akward wording...

No, you misunderstood it. They've specifically said there will be NO FREE RELISTS AT ALL for any submissions made on or after January 10th, whether you set it for no relists, one relist or two relists.
And the only refund of listing fees will (supposedly) be if your successful bidder deadbeats on you---they'll refund your listing fee (don't know about reserve fees or featuring fees in that case, since it hasn't been addressed).
