I had a few auctions end today and the winning bidders e-mail addresses are nowhere to be found on the auction page (they usually are). What gives?

Hmm didn't notice but you may be right - last nite I had to retrieve the confirmation email to get the add....maybe they just don't want to encourage spam but I thought we were the only one to see it on the CLOSED section of our auctions?

I have had some trouble with
people not leaving a correct e-mail
address or they changed it during the auction. then i get a bad rating from them cause i can not contact them.
anyone else have this problem sometimes.
I do correct the problem after the winner notifies me.

wired1, some people e-mails don't work because they change it during the auction to an e-mail that doesn't exists. And since they left you a poor feedback, it can only mean 1 thing....the kid is just fooling around. I've met many idiots on Yahoo that just simply fool around with Yahoo Auctions. What can you do right except ban their id?. Don't waste your time though getting into a war of words, its probably what they want anyway. Simply report it to Yahoo & expect a 20% possibility that Yahoo will do something or just get on with life.

I have had this happen to me many times I try to catch an auction as it ends to send out the EOA right away.
Thing is the winners email in the closed sold auction can and does take up to 30 min to an hour to show up as well as the email notices .
I have learned to relax if an auction is ending late I just wait till the next day to send out EOAs
I think a big part of the problem is many many auctions end and resubmit on the same times and slow the system way down smae deal when were all trying to list tons of item at the same hour .
my Yahoo ID dman_12123 for all who want to veiw my auctions
