I just looked over the transcripts, and what do you think I found. Not one of my 4 questions were posted in the transcripts let alone responded to. So I just sent the following to Yahoo Chat Abuse Desk.
"I presented several (3/4) questions to the Yahoo Auctions Team at the Open Chat you hosted on these nights. Yet when I look through the transcripts of those chats there is no record of my questions or your teams response to them. Is this your idea of a FAIR AND OPEN FORAM, or is it YOU JUST DON'T CARE WHAT YOUR USERS!!!!!!! AND TO THINK, YOU KEEP HARPING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. SOUNDS LIKE A BUCH OF LIP SERVICE TO ME."
