I state in my auction listings that I will never use paypal. A friend of mine was ripped off $300. by paycrud on a chargeback and I do not like their terms of service or having to give them my account information. I also hated the fact they spammed people (message board and email) trying to get customers when they were first starting.
I just had the third buyer try and force feed me paycrud by sending me a payment (even though the auction listing clearly states I do not accept paypal) I am furious especially since I state I will not use that "service" (I accept credit cards on my own)
Now the high bidder sent me an email stating he is going to "rethink his purchase" when I emailed him stating that I won't accept paypal. I told him he could email me his credit card info (broken into two or more emails) or fax the credit card info - and now he is most likely changing his mind because I will not be forced into using a cruddy service when I said I would never use it (the two times before, the buyer used bidpay.com and I told this person that was an option)
I am so angy at paycrud. They should only accept payments to sellers that are already signed up with them - instead of sending a "payment notice" and try and force people to sign up with them. I am EXTREMELY angry with paycrud and their "business" practices. Garbage like this makes me hate their "company" more and more each time they try and force feed their "service" on me.
