I see many posts about using Yahoo's funny money for fee's. Can that money be used for for listing fee's? I see that it can only be used to feature an item not the listing fee's.

Originally it was intended to be used for featuring auctions. Once they added listing fees, they allowed it for that also, which is why Yahoo hasn't completely dried up! Once the funny money is gone, the sellers will be, too!
