Solution for Yahoo. Become an ISP. Internet service plus all Yahoo content (free auction listing, clubs, geocities, mail) for $20/month). The only users left on AOL would be the "mentally challenged".

I think you'll find that the "mentally challenged" are not using AOL - they are all working as Yahoo auction managers.

AOL or also known as ALMOST ON-LINE is mostly made up of the the mentally challenged. But that is a huge % of the population. Why else would buyers only goto ePay when they could use the Auction Watch Universal search engine to find their stuff?
There is one class of users for which AOL has no competition: International travelers. Only AOL has a local access # anywhere you go on the planet.

AOL was also the premier mating machine, or "meat market" as some call it. I guess it still is. If they charged for the sex they helped make possible they could give Gates' bank account a run!
