This is totally weird!! A winning bidder of one of my last weeks auctions has never responded to any emails, never paid, and I never sent her the item. Today I got a Feedback from her stating "Good Item, Thanks!"
That's it!#?*
What do I do now, I still have the item and she never paid me. I sent her another email stating that I think she's a flake!
Should I try to contact Yahoo's Customer Support?

This is a great scam to keep from getting negative feedback. It's been done to us before on Ebay. This way if you leave negative feedback for non-payment, they can come back and accuse you of dishonesty.
Since they left positive feedback first, people will likely believe them. Remember, they can change your rating on Yahoo. They could, possibly, go as far as to contact Yahoo and accuse you fraud.
On the other hand they may just have confused you with someone else, but I doubt it.
