Apparently every customer of mine who has tried to use PD [either as a regular or new customer] has had trouble the past couple of weeks. Has anyone else heard about this from their buyers?
My customers have ALWAYS had trouble using PayDirect, since the day it started. Every once in a while a payment goes through, but most buyers give up after several days of trying and just send me a money order through the mail.

It's OK to have a great looking payment site, but the most important item that never can be replaced is "real people" on the other side, processing the orders. Customer service and processing can never be replaced by computers and be successful.
